Review Eligibility

To qualify for housing at Broken Chain Living, applicants must meet the following basic requirements:

• Must be a senior (60+), veteran, or senior returning from incarceration
• Must be able to live independently (no 24/7 medical or clinical care required)
• Must have stable, verifiable income (Social Security, SSI, SSDI, pension, VA benefits, disability income, or employment)
• Must be able to manage daily living needs independently
• Must be willing to follow community rules, expectations, and accountability guidelines
