Our program supports older adults who are seeking stable, independent housing and meet the following criteria:
- Seniors (60+)
- Veterans
- Seniors returning from incarceration and transitioning back into the community
- Individuals who do not require 24/7 medical or clinical care
- Those with stable verifiable income (Social Security, SSDI, VA benefits, pension, disability income or employment)

Broken Chain Living provides supportive independent housing, designed for seniors who can manage daily living while benefiting from structure and community support.
- Not assisted living
- Not nursing care
- Residents live independently
- We provide reminders, coordination, and connection to resources
- Focused on dignity, stability, and successful community reintegration
Our housing is designed for seniors who want their own space, structure, and the opportunity to rebuild independence in a respectful environment.
